Returns Policy

For returns (except Final Sale) we offer a store credit or an exchange. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. 

If for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong size or you are unhappy with it in any way, we can offer a store credit (excluding shipping costs and Final Sale items) based on the circumstances of your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to Little Rascals without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exclusions Apply

● All tags and packaging must be attached and intact (including shoeboxes). 
● All items must be in original unworn condition. 
● We cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, earrings and skincare for hygiene and safety reasons. 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns & exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Please pack your items carefully so the product and the original packaging does not get damaged in transit.

We highly recommend you use a track and trace service as Little Rascals will not take responsibility for the package whilst in transit. 

Returning Sale Items 
Please choose carefully as items reduced in FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned. 

Damaged or Faulty 
We ask you to contact us via email at littlerascalstore@gmail.com with evidence of proof of purchase and photos of the fault.  

We can usually make an assessment from the photo, however in some instances we may need to organise for the item to be returned for further assessment. If we think it is a manufacturing defect we will need to make contact with our supplier. If our supplier cannot fix or replace the item, then we will be able to give you a refund providing they establish that there is indeed a manufacturing fault with the item. If the supplier considers the item not faulty then we will need to send the item back to you at your cost.

If the item has been damaged or lost in transit, we will endeavor to replace or refund this item as soon as the courier company has sent the investigation to claims. We will keep you updated through this process 

Please make sure that you have a proof of purchase and have followed care instructions.

Where do I return my items? 

Items can be returned in store or via tracked courier. Please ensure you have printed and filled out your Returns Form. This needs to be sent back with your items.
