Shipping, Click & Collect Policy

SHIPPING  
Nationwide shipping including rural locations and Waiheke Island are charged at a flat rate of $8.  

A large/bulky shipping fee will apply to cots and other large items. This is at a flat rate of $30. We do not ship large items to the Chatham Islands.

Orders over $150, after any discount or loyalty point vouchers are redeemed, are automatically entitled to free freight. 

You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online.

Orders are fulfilled in the order received and are generally packed the same or next day. During peak periods or sales it may take a further 3 working days and in some cases up to 5 working days to process your order.  

If your order is urgent, please email customer support to request priority shipping. We do our best to accommodate urgent orders.

You will be emailed a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is booked. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become available. 

Packages are sent on a tracked non-signature delivery service. If you have special instructions for delivery, including gate codes, where to leave your package or if you would like signature required - please leave a note in the order comments when checking out. 

 
CLICK AND COLLECT 
By selecting the "Click and Collect" option, you agree to collect your order from the designated location within the specified timeframe. You must present valid identification or order confirmation upon collection. Little Rascals is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided during the ordering process.  

Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can notify you when your order is ready for collection.
